About your nurse

Hello! My name is Mrs. Cali Freeman, and I’m the School Nurse here at Colonia High School. I am married and a mother of an A two year old daughter and a loving dog. I attended Seton Hall University to obtain my Bachelors of Science in Nursing as well as William Paterson University to obtain my Masters in Nursing and Instructional School Nurse Certification.  I have a background of 10 years in Emergency Medicine along with this being my third year in school nursing. 

I am very passionate about helping students stay healthy, safe, and ready to learn. I’m here to support the well-being of all our students—whether that means treating minor injuries, managing chronic conditions, maintaining an open-door policy and/or promoting healthy habits.
