I am a New Jersey native from Woodbridge Township. I grew up with three brothers and my parents in a small house my grandfather built with our dog, Lady. My brother and I named her after Lady and the Tramp. I have over 40 cousins and second cousins, so I love spending time with my family. In my free time my family and I vacation at the Jersey Shore, and relax on the beach or go kayaking on the bay. I spend as much time traveling and seeing the world as I can; so far I have traveled to 28 states and 10 countries!
Bachelors: I attended The College of New Jersey, where I studies History and Secondary Education. I had the opportunity to work with my fellow students and the incredible staff on many different projects. One of my favorite was interning with the History Department, where I worked with two other students on an Oral History Project of Super Storm Sandy. You can view some of the stories we recorded, transcribed and edited here: https://hurricanesandy.pages.tcnj.edu/
Masters: I completed my masters while also teaching full time! I attended a mostly-online masters program at Rutgers University where I completed a masters in Teaching Students with Disabilities.
Other Graduate Work: I'm currently working on a graduate certificate in Teaching the Holocaust & Prejudice Reduction through Kean University.
