About The Teacher

Hello Colonia High School! My name is Mrs. Creighton & I'm a fifth-year teacher here at CHS! I myself am a Woodbridge Township School District Alumni - having attended Indiana Avenue School #18, IMS, and JFKMHS. After graduation, I worked as a certified compounding pharmacy technician before deciding to pursue a career in education. I graduated from Kean University in 2020, earning Magna Cum Laude with a dual certification in English & Special Education. Here at Colonia, I teach a variety of different subjects and grade levels and I am also the Freshman Class Advisor. Most importantly, I am a mom to my sweet 2-year-old daughter, Cove. I love to read, test new recipes, travel, and spend time with my Goldendoodle Kona, my family & my friends. I love being a lifelong learner & hope to instill in my students that it is never too late to learn & try something new. I am thrilled to be your teacher this school year!
