There are no cell phones to be used in the classroom. The following policy is in the Parent/Student Handbook. Which can be found at this link on page 14:
https://www.woodbridge.k12.nj.us/
Equipment such as iPods, iPhones, cell phones, etc., are not permitted to be used on school grounds at any time during school hours, except during those times permitted by the school principal. These items will be confiscated and returned to parents/guardians only. Equipment needed for class projects should be checked in the office. The Woodbridge Township School District is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items that are not checked at the school’s main office.
Assignments are expected to be completed and turned in when they are due.
Work not received will show as "missing" in Genesis (which translates to a 0.) When the "missing" assignment is turned in, the grade in Genesis will be updated accordingly.
Students are highly encouraged to attempt their best efforts in completing assignments. In the event that a clear lack of effort is shown, the student will receive the grade that reflects this.
Making up work due to absence will follow the district's policy of two days for each day of absence. IEP and 504 accommodations will always be met.
