Hello, I'm Mrs. Spataro!

It is my pleasure to be your child's second grade teacher at Mawbey Street School.  This year will be my fifteenth year of teaching!  

I have been teaching second grade for thirteen years and also have experience teaching third grade.  I earned my BA from Montclair State University in Elementary Education with a concentration in Family and Child Studies.

I'm VERY excited to have your child in my class this year!!  Together we will engage in many interactive activities within our classroom.  All students will be provided with a Clever account to access many online resources.  During the beginning of the school year we will practice using each of these educational websites to encourage independent practice at home.
