My name is Camille Monaco and I am a 1st grade teacher at Lynn Crest Elementary School. I have been teaching at Lynn Crest for 14 years and I have loved every minute of it!

I am a graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Special Education and Elementary Education. I received my Master's Degree in Reading Specialization from Kean University and I am a certified reading specialist. I went on to continue to get my MA+32 and I hold a certification in Educational Administration. I hold certifications for Principal, Supervisor, and School Business Administrator.

I had the honor of being named the 2015 Governor's Educator of the Year and Lynn Crest School's Teacher of the Year.

When I am not in school, I love spending time with my husband and my two sons.

My classroom is a place of love, fun, laughter, and learning. Everyday in Room 11 is a BLAST! We are going to have a fabulous year!
