I am very excited to begin my 10th year teaching at Ross Street School! I previously taught special education for 7 years in northern New Jersey. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kean University and a Master of Arts degree in Education from Georgian Court University. I am certified to teach Elementary K-6, Middle School Language Arts, Psychology, as well as Students with Disabilities. I am also trained in Orton-Gillingham, a multi-sensory technique to teach children literacy (reading and writing).
My husband and I are residents of Fords and have three children at home. We also have two dogs named Molly and Seamus, and a bunny named Pepper. As a family we enjoy taking walks, listening to and playing music, and watching hockey and baseball.
I love teaching primary grades and I recognize the importance of fostering a love of learning at a young age! I am here to help them grow not only academically, but personally as well. I am looking forward to another wonderful year!
