Annual screenings are so important to the health and well-being of our students. Below you will find a list for each grade level of the screenings that will be completed for each student. Parental consent will be sent home and needed for scoliosis screenings.

Kindergarten, 1st Grade and 2nd Grade:
Hearing, Vision, Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, and Immunizations
3rd Grade:
Hearing, Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, and Immunizations
4th Grade:
Vision, Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, and Immunizations
5th Grade:
Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, Scoliosis and Immunizations
Should any abnormalities be present, a letter will be sent home to the parents of individual students for follow-up by their physician.
