7th Graders begin the year researching societal problems that affect young people today and discover solutions to these problems. Websites will be created about the problem and solutions offered as well as public service announcements/commercials using i-movie. The class also participates in a Service Learning Project geared at learning about the homeless population, while creating care packages delivered to local soup kitchens.

7th graders also participate in a Forensic Science unit where they will learn about how science is used to help solve crimes.
