Grading Procedures

1. All students are expected to meet class deadlines for assignments, homework, tests, and projects. All assignments MUST be handed in at the beginning of the block.

2. Students who are absent from class due to illness, family necessity, or school related activities are expected to make up posted or scheduled assignments/tests upon the day the student returns to class. 

3. Late work will be accepted but will be deducted 10 points each day that it is late. 

Grading policy is the standard R/S track policy mandated by the district.

• 50% major (tests/projects)

• 50% minors (homework, quizzes, classwork, vocabulary)
