Senior Prom

The 2026 Senior Prom will be held 

at Jacques Reception Center in Middletown

on Thursday, May 28th

6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Any senior interested in attending prom MUST pay all fines prior to purchasing a prom bid.  Email  me  or Mrs. Mercado if you have any questions.  Cafeteria fines must be paid in the cafeteria or through www.payschoolscentral.com.  Office fines must be paid in the main office.

The 2026 Colonia High School Senior Prom is on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at the Jacques Reception Center, in Middletown, from 6:30 - 10:30 pm. 

Due to the large size of the class of 2026, prom tickets will be sold to seniors first to ensure every senior that wants to attend prom will be able to attend. 

Seniors will receive an invitation with all necessary information to register and purchase a prom ticket, during homeroom in January. The prom registration form will be available in the Class of 2026 Google classroom. Seniors will be asked on this form if they plan to bring a non-senior guest/date. 

Non-senior dates/guests will be permitted once we assess how many senior tickets have been sold. There is no guarantee that a senior’s guest/date will be able to attend due to space restrictions. Guests/dates will be permitted on a first-come, first-served basis from when the senior fills out the registration form, resolves any fines, and pays for their prom ticket on time. 

Tickets for prom will be passed out in senior homerooms the morning of the prom. The senior must be present during homeroom to receive their prom ticket. **No one may pick up your ticket for you, without administrative approval** 

Students must be on time to school on the day of prom. 4 hours of instruction is the minimum time for a full day of school per board policy. Students must be present in school the minimum amount of time approved by the district to be allowed to attend the Prom that evening. The district has granted approval for all Seniors to be dismissed at 11:45 am that day, but no earlier than 11:45 am. Anyone late to school will have to stay after 11:45 am to make up that time. If you are absent from school that day you cannot attend Prom and no refunds will be made.
