Meet the Teacher

Welcome back! I'm excited to start the new school year! I am the LLI teacher in the school and will be working with small groups to improve reading skills. I grew up in Woodbridge Township and received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Montclair University. I also attended Kean University for my Master's Degree in Special Education.

I have been teaching in the district for 26 years . I have taught various grade levels including 4th, 2nd , kindergarten ASI and LLI. I became a teacher because I love children and want to help them grow and succeed. I want to create a positive environment where all my students feel safe and comfortable. I became an LLI teacher because I enjoy reading and want to instill that same love of reading into my students.

When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband, my 3 boys and my dog. I love going to the park, hiking and biking.
