Hello!

At the start of the year, all students will complete screening assessments to help us better understand their individual academic strengths and needs. Based on these results, your child may benefit from additional reading support.

In addition to the excellent literacy instruction your child will receive in the classroom, reading intervention will be daily, small group instruction.  I will be using multi-sensory & differentiated instruction, UFLI Instruction, research-based practices and my training in Orton-Gillingham to help your children grow into more confident readers.

Your child's progress will be monitored and discussed with their classroom teacher to ensure that their literacy needs are being met. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
