Grading Procedures

All grades for class will be posted to Genesis regularly. The grading procedure is as follows:

Minor Assessments (Quizzes, Classwork, Homework): 66 .7% of total average

Major Assessments (Tests): 33.3% of total average

Late work is accepted with a 5 point penalty per day that it is late. Tests and Quizzes that are missed due to an absence must be made up the next day (if that is the only day student is absent). For a student that is out for multiple days, you have 2 times the number of days out to make up any missing work (Ex: if a student misses 3 days of school, they have 6 school days to make up any missing work/tests.)
