Hi Families!

Welcome to Mawbey Street School #1!  My name is Allison White, and I go by Miss White.  This is my eleventh  year teaching in Woodbridge Township.  This is my fifth year teaching full day kindergarten.  I have  taught half day Kindergarten back in my first year teaching during the 2012-2013 school year at Mawbey Street and Kennedy Park. I also have previous experience teaching 3rd and 4th grade.  I am one of the facilitators of the Mawbey Math program here at School One and I am part of our school's diversity and equity team.  I am also the co-chair of The Elementary Task force as well as a rep on our District Instructional Council.  

I am a product of Woodbridge Township.  I attended the Woodbridge Township Schools from Pre-School all the way up to High School. I love teaching in the same district where my Educational  Journey began.  I am a graduate from Montclair State University.  I have my  B.A in Family and Child Studies: Family, Children and School Settings: K-6 Elementary Education and a Minor in Public Health.  I recently graduated from Georgian Court University and received my MA in School Counseling.  

Some of  my favorite interests and hobbies are spending time down the shore, playing with my dog; Molly, watching the San Francisco 49ers and New Jersey Devils, spoiling my nieces Sophia & Olivia, and spending time with my family and friends!
