The Lafayette Estates Positive Behavior Support Team developed the following plan to improve school climate, build social skills and positively impact academic progress.

The goal of the team was to develop a program based on research-based strategies that would instill appropriate behaviors in students through teaching, modeling and reinforcing expected behaviors.
