As your school counselor, I offer a variety of student support services to assist with concerns related to the stages of student growth in the areas of academic, career, personal, emotional, and social development.

Student Services:

Short-term individual counseling.
Group counseling with parent permission on various topics such as: enhancing social skills and peer relationships, emotion regulation, growth-mindset, self-esteem, divorce/separation or the loss of a family member.
Classroom guidance lessons on various topics such as: character education, conflict resolution, bullying prevention, mindfulness, and social emotional learning.
Collaboration with parents and teachers.
