About Me

My name is Kyle Reed and I have been teaching for over 20 years.  In addition, to experience at the second, third, and fifth grade level, I have also served the role of Academic Support Instructor and Literacy Coach. I had the amazing opportunity to go to Apple and learn all about Apple products and how iPads can best be used in education. Additionally, I love sports (Go Phillies, 76ers & Eagles!) and have coached basketball for several years.  I am truly passionate about teaching and am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference at such a pivotal point in a child’s life.  

Every student is unique.  As an educator, I strive to provide a stimulating learning environment in which my students can develop to their full potential. By employing a broad range of instructional techniques, I seek to retain student interest and maximize individual learning within a group environment.  My goal is to motivate students in discovering their personal strengths and abilities, while building confidence and academic proficiency. 

I also possess in-depth expertise in utilizing technology in the classroom to maximize the learning experience.  I am always looking for innovative strategies to improve and strengthen the way I educate my students. I feel it is important to maintain the individuality of each student and present teaching styles that are intriguing enough to capture the minds of all students.
