Grading Procedures

R/S Track course Grades will be computed on the following basis:

1. Major assessments will count as 50% of the grade.  This includes tests, announced quizzes, reports and comprehensive problems.

2. Minor assessments (50%)  This includes unannounced quizzes, class work assignments, and computer problem assignments.

3.  Late work may be accepted however points will be taken off and there is a cut off of when it won't be accepted.  Improvement Days are given to improve any work submitted.

AP & Dual Enrollment Track course Grades will be computed on the following basis:

4. Major assessments 75% of the grade:  This includes tests, quizzes, reports and comprehensive problems.

5. Minor assessments (25%):  This includes quizzes, class work assignments, and computer problem assignments.

6.  Late work may be accepted however points will be taken off and there is a cut off of when it won't be accepted.  Improvement Days are given to improve any work submitted.
