HI! I am Mrs. Stachurski (or Mrs. S). I have been an art teacher at JFK high school since 2008. I teach Introduction to art, 2D design, 3D design and Illustration. I grew up in Woodbridge township and am a graduate of Colonia High School. After high school, I attended Rochester Institute of Technology. I received my bachelor's of fine arts degree in illustration with a minor in art history. I moved back to New Jersey and continued my education at Kean University and received my master's in art education. 

I live with my husband, two little boys, Xander and Zack, and my rescue dogs, Lola, Bellatrix, and Starla. I love teaching art and sharing my passion for it with my students. I try to develop open projects so my students can make each assignment meaningful.
