All students are encouraged to participate to the best of their abilities!
Daily routine
Hall lockers
DO NOT bring any personal items to PE class.
No Cell phones, air pods, cameras are to be taken out during class
You are responsible for your belongings- LOCK PERSONAL ITEMS IN LOCKER
No food or drinks allowed in the gymnasium except bottled water.
DO Not go to the vending machine hallway.
Rules and Regulations
Be prepared to actively participate in activities
Dress appropriately- Comfortable for PE
School Dress Code: Students should not be wearing any of the following items.
a. Hoods
b. Hats/beanies
c. Slides/slippers
d. Air pods
e. Pajamas
f. Outerwear
g. Shirts exposing excessive skin (e.g. bare midriffs)
SNEAKERS ARE REQUIRED EVERYDAY
No crocs, flip flops, shower slides, sandals, boots, uggs, etc.
If you DO NOT wear sneakers, you are “UNPREPARED” for class
Be prepared to go outside everyday
Have a sweatshirt/jacket available.
No hats/ head attire/ bandanas
Restrooms: LOCKER ROOM USE ONLY!

IF YOU NEED TO USE RESTROOM DURING CLASS PLEASE SEE YOUR TEACHER
Attendance
If you are “absent” you must complete the PE make-up work assignment.
Refer to the PE make-up work calendar
You have 2 days to submit the completed assignment
6 absences in a semester= loss of credit
2 lates in semester= detention
Grading Policy
100 points per cycle= A+
All points are deducted from the total grade of 100 points
Partial participation - “½ ACTIVITY”= -5 points
Refusal to participate - “UNPREPARED” = -10 points
PE make-up work not completed - “NO HOMEWORK”= -10 points
Inappropriate conduct, comment, clothing - “½ ACTIVITY” = - 5 points
Repeated inappropriate conduct, comment, clothing= -10 points

Medicals
If you are on medical you must bring in your doctor’s note to your teacher and cc the school nurse, Lauren Buettel at lauren.buettel@woodbridge.k12.nj.us
Alternate assignments will be given in place of physical activity if on a medical. Students will still need to be in class everyday.
