This is my 18th year teaching high school math, and my 7th year at John F. Kennedy Memorial High School.
I graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, and completed my masters at The University of Scranton in Scranton, PA.
I am currently teaching Algebra 2 and Precalculus this year, but have taught everything from Algebra 1 to Calculus.
Precalculus is the study of the mathematical prerequisites for Calculus, including Algebra, Trigonometry and Analytical Geometry.
We will be reviewing many skills covered in Algebra 2, but taking a look at them from a Calculus perspective and applying those skills at a higher level.
