My name is Mrs. Orlova, and I have been a Physical Education and Health teacher for the past 6 years. I hold a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sport from the Moscow Government Academy of Physical Education.
Before beginning my teaching career, I competed as a professional gymnast and, in 2004, was a member of the National Gymnastics Olympic Team.
From 2006 to 2008, I was a member of a basketball cheerleading team, where I contributed as part of the performance group.
In 2008, I transitioned into figure skating and spent three years performing in international ice skating shows.
In 2010, I began my career as a gymnastics coach, a role I have continued to this day. In 2020, I also started teaching as a Physical Education and Health teacher at Colonia Middle School. In 2023, I expanded my coaching experience by joining Rutgers University as an Assistant Coach for the Rutgers Club Gymnastics team.
