Hi! I am excited to be joining the staff at School 29 this year as the Academic Coach. This marks my 9th year in education. Over the course of my career, I have taught 3rd grade for two years and 1st grade for six years. I hold a Master’s degree and am a Certified Reading Specialist. In addition, I am Orton-Gillingham trained and familiar with the Wilson Reading System.

I am passionate about ensuring all students develop the strong foundational literacy skills they need through Science of Reading–based instruction. I look forward to collaborating with our school community and to a wonderful year ahead!
