The Long Valley Middle School provides countless opportunities for the whole child to grow and learn.
From a broad array of engaging and rewarding co-curricular and extracurricular opportunities and experiences (clubs & sports) to rigorous academic programs, LVMS students have many opportunities to help them develop independence, hone their learner habits, acquire new skills, and foster lasting relationships.

Persevering

Learning can be hard. Being a student can be hard. But, even when we face challenges, Panthers stick with it, they work hard, they get help when needed, and they persevere.
Adaptable

Things don’t always go as we want. But, even when things aren’t going our way, Panthers are adaptable, they solve problems, and they overcome obstacles.
Nurturing

It takes a village, and Panthers realize they don’t have to go it alone - there are many people here to help, and they support one another, nurturing success!

Panthers show respect for the school, and for one another.

Students
