If a student wishes to cancel their trip AFTER October 1st, parents/guardians must submit the request in writing. Penalty fees from the travel agent will be applied to any cancelation AFTER October 1st.
If a student wished to cancel their trip AFTER October 1st and has purchased the trip insurance, a claim must be submitted to the third party insurer. See the Senior Trip Insurance Page for more details and contact information.
