WSWHE BOCES Regional Supplemental Agreements 

For component districts and other participating districts, Ed law 2d Agreements have been secured by WSWHE BOCES with vendors as a regional supplemental agreement for data privacy & security, rather than a service specific agreement. Districts that are subscribed to one or more of the following cooperative services offered at WSWHE BOCES are a member of these vendor agreements when the vendor products/services are procured through the coser:

New York State Instructional Technology Contract Consortium (NYSITCC) Supplemental Agreements

For contracts that are procured through the NYS Instructional Technology Contract Consortium (NYSITCC), supplemental agreements for data privacy and security are negotiated through Erie 1 BOCES on behalf of all subscribed districts. These vendor agreements are posted on the Western NY Regional Information Center webpage for Technology Integration and can be accessed at the link below for review or download.

New York State Distance Learning Consortium Supplemental Agreements

For contracts that are procured through the NYS Distance Learning Contract, supplemental agreements for data privacy and security are negotiated through Erie 1 BOCES on behalf of all subscribed districts. These vendor agreements are posted on the Western NY Regional Information Center webpage for Distance Learning and can be accessed at the link below for review or download.

New York State School Library System Association DREAM Contracts

For contracts that are procured through the NYS School Library System Association DREAM Consortium, supplemental agreements for data privacy & security are negotiated through Capital Region BOCES for Consortium members. These vendor agreements are posted on the DREAM Consortium Instructional Technology Inventory List and can be accessed at the link below for review.
