3pm - 4:30pm - Conference & Hotel Registration - Assigned Hotels
3pm - 7pm - Set up displays, Bulletin Boards, Computers at EXPO Center - Competition Dress
5pm - 6:30pm - Dinner: Assigned Hotels - Casual Dress
7pm - 7:45pm - Opening Ceremony - Fairground - Center of Progress Building - Competition Dress

7:30am - Competitions Begin - Dairy Building, EXPO Building (Computer & Media), Science Building
8am - Competitions Begin - Arts & home Center, Horticulture Building
8:15am - Contest Sites open to observers
8:30am - House of Delegates Session - Center of Progress Building
8:30am - 3:00pm - Food Purchase - Center of Progress, Grand Central Grille
9am - 8pm - SkillsUSA Store Open - Horticulture Building
10am - 2:30pm - NO SHUTTLES RUNNING
12 - 1pm - Contestant Lunch in contest locations - SITES CLOSED TO OBSERVERS FOR 1 HOURS
12–12:30pm - Lunch for Advisors – Center of Progress Building, Grand Central Grille, (Use the outside door entrance)
1 pm - Contest sites re-open to observers
2:30–8pm - SHUTTLES WILL RESUME – LAST SHUTTLE 8pm
4pm – 6pm - Grievance Review: Art & Home Center
5:30pm – 8pm - Dinner and Entertainment: Horticulture Bldg. – Conference T-shirt & Casual Dress
11PM - Conference Curfew

7am - 8am - Breakfast - Assigned Hotels & Pack buses for departure to awards ceremony
9am - General Session and Awards Ceremony: Center of Progress Building - Fairgrounds – Skills Dress
11:30am - (approx.) Depart from Fairgrounds for travel home
