The CATT program is funded by a federal appropriation and works in partnership with the American Printing House for the Blind (APH).
Our mission is to provide assistive technology and related training to teachers of blind and low vision students, utilizing a "train the trainer" model, while also providing support/training to parents, caregivers, and community partners who work with blind or low vision children, including those with additional disabilities.
Assistive technology options are provided through APH and training is provided by trainers employed within regional CATT programs.
