A waiver of liability and safety precautions class is required before tour. We ask that guests arrive at least 25 MINUTES before scheduled reservation time to avoid delayed start time. If you arrive late, your tour may be cut short due to preparations for other scheduled reservations.

We encourage our riders to wear weather appropriate clothing. Closed toed shoes are required. Be prepared to get DIRTY! Protective gear will be provided and required to wear for participation. You are welcome to bring your own protective gear, usage will be allowed upon inspection by crew member.

Full payment is required during booking through website. Debit or Credit cards accepted.

To offer a full refund, we require 48 hours advanced notice when cancelling tours. We will always try to be accommodating, but no refunds will be issued for short notice or irresponsible time management.

Unfortunately, the weather is out of our control, but weather will be monitored closely to ensure a safe and enjoyable tour! We operate rain or shine, but if weather is too severe we will contact you to reschedule your reservation. If severe weather occurs, we will end tour to ensure safety!

Per the waiver release form you sign before driving you will be responsible for all damages caused by you from your tour. You are required to pay for the repairs before you leave the property. We have tour guides and staff members to walk you through safety regulations, as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you fail to follow guidelines our staff members reserve the right to cut your tour short and no refund will be provided.
