At Windsor High School, we envision a school community where every student feels known, valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. We believe strong, trusting relationships are at the heart of effective school counseling, and we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every student has someone in their corner. 

We recognize that each student brings unique strengths, experiences, interests, challenges, and goals, and we strive to meet students where they are, advocate for their needs, and help them recognize their own strengths and possibilities. Through academic, social-emotional, and career support, we empower students to build confidence, develop self-advocacy and life skills, explore their interests, and make informed decisions about their futures. 

Our goal is for every Windsor student to graduate knowing they belong, believing in themselves, and feeling prepared and confident to navigate their next steps and pursue a meaningful future.
