Student schedules are based 1st on needs for graduation. Yearly course requirements take priority of electives
Upperclassman ( 11th & 12th grade) are given priority for their top choice courses over underclassman ( 9th & 10th grade)
School counselors make every effort to fulfill all student request. Unfortunately due to space, availability and course conflicts, substitutions may need to be made.
Adding and dropping courses
Windsor provides a 2 week add/drop period at the start of each semester in which students can make adjustments to their schedules.
Students should meet with their counselor to discuss course options and availability. In some cases class sizes may prevent a student from joining.
After the 2 week grace period, request will be made on a case by case basis and only approved when their is a major conflict or extenuating circumstance.
Students must complete the Add/Drop form located in student services and submit it to your school counselor for review.

Add/Drop and student transcripts
( Consideration)
Courses dropped mid quarter/semester will receive a W/F (Withdraw/Fail) on their transcript. They forfeit both the potential credit and GPA points.
Any class a student is then added to mid quarter/semester will have a modified credit based on the amount of time they participate in the new class.
Lunch blocks are 4A and 4B.
Freshman and Sophomores are scheduled for a course 4A and eat lunch during 4B.
Juniors and seniors eat during 4A lunch and are scheduled for a course 4B.
Disregard periods 2A, 4 & MS5. Those are middle school blocks
