Ms. Rogers' Health Classes

Welcome to High School Health!

This 2 credit quarter-long class will provide you with an understanding of the concepts of health and wellness as it relates to various aspects of your life. Emphasis will be placed on providing strategies that lead to optimum health, and understanding how the choices you make today affect your health in the future.




I have been teaching Health for over 18 years. When not teaching, I enjoy a variety of activities such as running, hiking, and yoga. You'll also find me puttering around in the garden and in the kitchen.
