About me

I am a graduate of Framingham State University. My major was Clothing/Textiles/Mechandising

I then went on to pursue a teaching career at UMass Amherst. My major was in Family and Consumer Sciences Secondary Education.

I worked in the retail field in management and as a buyer before making the decision to pursue a career in education teaching what I loved most...Family and Consumer Sciences. These are the real life skills and knowledge that students will need and use in their future lives after high school. Teaching these skills is a way to help students feel confident and empowered in their daily lives.
