About me
I grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and then went to high school across the Connecticut River in Vermont. I was interested in working with children from a young age, but didn’t find my passion for health education until more recently. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire and entering the AmeriCorps City Year program, I made Boston my new home. There I began to understand the value of a comprehensive, culturally affirming, and student-centered health education program. Two years ago, I began a Master’s program in this field at Cambridge College which I graduated from this summer. I am thrilled to be back in Vermont and meet my new students this year!
