Feel free to call, email, or message me on Remind any day during these hours. If it is after these hours, I will respond the following day.
9:30 Weekly Contact: If you are a family that I make weekly calls to, I will do so every Monday beginning at 9:30 (If Rachel Mangean or Lorraine Bramble are the ones reaching out, their day/time may be slightly different). I will start using a method you indicated works best (phone call, email, Remind). Please let me know if you would like to change how I make this contact.
10:00-10:30 Class Zoom: During this time I might do a read aloud, facilitate a group discussion, sing some songs, play some games, etc. I would love to have as many students as possible. This is optional. There is no pressure if this does not work with the schedule you have created at home.
1:00-2:00 Meeting: I will be in a meeting with other kindergarten teachers. I will not be available for phone calls during this time. I will respond to Remind messages or emails after the meeting.
9:00-9:45 Drop in Zoom: During this time, I will host a Zoom meeting. If you have any questions, would like to show me what you’re working on, or just say hi, this would be a good time to do that. I will send out the link to join approximately 10 minutes before. This is optional.
2:30-3:30 Staff Meeting: I will be in a staff meeting and unavailable for calls, emails, and Remind. If you contact me during this time I will get back to you Wednesday morning.
9:30 Weekly Contact Follow-up: If I did not reach you on Monday or hear back from you by this time, I will reach out to you again to check in.
10:00-10:45 Meeting: I will be in a meeting during this time with other members of the kindergarten team. I will not be available for phone calls during this time. I will respond to Remind messages or emails afterwards.

I do help distribute meals some days. This occurs from 10-11:30 and the days I volunteer for change weekly. If you contact me while I am distributing food, I will respond to you afterwards.
