Vermont’s Most Promising Jobs is designed to be a simple, hopeful conversation starter that supports young people and job seekers to find careers in Vermont that fit their interests, values, and lifestyle.
My Next Move is an interactive tool for job seekers and students to learn more about their career options. My Next Move has tasks, skills, salary information, and more for over 900 different careers. Users can find careers through keyword search; by browsing industries that employ different types of workers; or through the O*NET Interest Profiler, a tool that offers personalized career suggestions based on a person's interests and level of work experience.
Roadtrip Nation is a non-profit organization and media project that helps young people explore career paths and define their own success through storytelling, featuring documentaries and online resources where young adults travel to interview inspiring professionals about their life and career journeys. They provide free tools, project-based courses, video interviews, and podcasts to guide individuals in discovering their interests, connecting with mentors, and building fulfilling lives.
CareerOneStop is the U.S. Department of Labor's flagship website, offering free online tools, data, and resources for job seekers, students, workers, and businesses to explore careers, find training, search for jobs, and get help with hiring or workforce development
