This music makes me feel happy and energized. It is very motivating and has a light feeling to it. For example, it makes life feel easier and encourages you to not take yourself so seriously. I like that conventional norms and societal behavioral norms are rejected and outright made fun of. This genre makes me realize that I’m only human and am allowed to make mistakes. This music enhances my enjoyment of life. Life is taken so seriously; for me, my life is laid out before my eyes and this music makes me realize that societal restraints are suggestions for conformity, not law. I also enjoy the comedic relief this genre allows.
