Dynamic Ducks is the Wabash choir club. Admission is open to any student in grades 3, 4, & 5 until capacity for a session is reached for 50 students. Students do not need to audition to be part of choir club but must commit to exemplary behavior and attendance of no more than 3 unexcused absences (illnesses are excused of course!). Signups will take place starting at back-to-school night through the first 2 weeks of school) or until the 50 student cap is reached. Per the WSD policy, we are only able to accomodate 50 students in the choir club. If sign ups exceed 50 students, students who have not had a chance to sign up in previous years will be admitted first followed by a random drawing of students who have performed in choir before.
Rehearsals are every Tuesday morning before school from 7:15-8:15 a.m. from September-December. There is no choir club in the spring semester. There is a one-time $20 fee due at the first practice to cover the cost of our performance t-shirts, sheet music, and a breakfast party at the end of the session. The fee will be paid online with a link sent by the office to participating students. If this cost is a financial hardship please reach out to Mrs. Jones at katherinejones@wsdr4.org.
