Step 1: Complete a Physical

Physicals are good for two years, so if you got a physical last year for high school, then you may skip this step.
Step 2: Take the Impact Test

Impact Tests are good for two years, so if you took the test last year for high school, then you may skip this step.
Impact test dates are Monday and Tuesday: August 11th and 12th. 9am session or 10 am session on either date. Room 111 at Timberland High School
Step 3: Register for Tennis

You must be registered in order to tryout for any sport at Timberland and you have to re-register every year/season.

Coach would like to collect emergency contact information before the first day of practice, in case a player gets hurt, so please complete the Google Form below:

Once cleared from the Activities Office, you're ready to show up for the first day.
Be sure to be on time and don't forget your tennis racket and water bottle!
