You can add apps and extensions to your Chromebook by going to the WSD Chrome Store. Here is how you get there:

Select the Launcher
Either search for Web Store in the Search bar, or select More Apps.
Select Web Store.
Choose the app or extension that you would like to add and click on +add to chrome.
