The Breakdown of software

We will be using many different types of software this school year.

Jupiter grades

Also know as JupiterEd is where all the grades from Tests, Quizzes, Homework, Notebook, and all other grades will be located. Also, you may contact me through this site also.

Google Classroom

Here online assignments, videos, and posts can be found here.

Ed Puzzle

We will use this program to share videos of prerecorded lessons that will have embedded questions that will answered and graded. This will count towards the notebook portion of the grade.

MIT App inventor

This is a phone app creation software where the students will learn how phone apps work, create their own apps, and possibility sell there app through the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (Apple IOS).

Tinker Cad

This is a student/chromebook friendly 3D design software. Students will use this program to design parts that will be 3D printed.

Lego mindstorms

This is the software that will be used when we are working with the Lego Robots. The students will program the commands and upload the information into the robots.

Arduino Software

This is a open source software that is using to program microcontrollers like Arduino Uno's. This is not block coding but actual Javascript type of programming.
