When an issue arises, please provide the information listed below to the district Computer Services team through the following form https://laptopsupport.wsdmi.org . At that time, a follow up email will be sent with next steps.
The following information will be required in the request form:
Student Last and First Name
Student District ID Number (If known)
School Name
Grade Level
Parent/Guardian Email Address
Issue you are experiencing, report accidental damage or repair needed
Follow directions in the follow up email received
During the week a reply will be sent within 24 hours ; During the Summer replies will be sent within 24-72 hours
If an instance happens over the weekend or over a holiday break, please report right away and a reply will be sent on Monday or concluding the holiday break
