Guidelines

All senior portraits must follow these guidelines:

• Submitted before the due date - no late photos will be accepted!

• All clothing must be appropriate and adhere to the WHS dress code.

• No hats, hoods, or headwear.

• No animals, vehicles, sports equipment, or props of any kind.

• Pictures should be a vertical headshot. Please avoid horizontal photos, full face shots, and full body shots; they will be cropped and could appear blurry or pixelated. 

• No screenshots will be accepted, nor will photos containing a watermark or photographer's copyright seal.

• Photos do not need to be cropped, but should be high resolution (minimum of 300dpi) 

• JPEG format only

The yearbook staff reserves the right to refuse your photograph if it is inappropriate and/or does not adhere to the guidelines. Please use good judgment when submitting your senior photo.

 If your photo is rejected and there is time before our deadline, we will notify you and ask for an alternative photo. However, if our deadline comes before we get your alternate photo, it will not be included in the book!

• No screenshots will be accepted, nor will photos containing a watermark or photographer's copyright seal.

Your Baby Ad design will be altered to fit the theme of our book for this school year. Written text may be spellchecked or corrected if any inappropriate language is included. 

Be sure to press 'create a student ad' and use Widefield High School's page to ensure we receive it.
