Hello Everyone! I am beyond excited to have you in my reading/math group and/or project groups this school year- I know we will have lots of fun! This will be my eighth year teaching and my third year at WESA. I previously taught for five years at Sunrise Elementary School! I love working with students because of all the exploring, learning, and fun we have!

 A little bit about me! Before living in Colorado, I lived in Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming! I graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a Certificate in Elementary Education, and a Master's in Education.  

You will get to know me well throughout the year, so I want to introduce myself formally. I grew up in Maine and love learning, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. I am married to my wonderful husband, Mike! We have a little 9- 9-pound dog named Stella, who is very spoiled, and we have an adventurous 3 year-old boy, Brooks! 

I can’t wait to spend the year learning and growing with you! We are going to have a fantastic year!
