Times to pick up cap and gowns in room 341.

June 20 Monday 1pm to 3:30pm

June 21 Tuesday 9am until noon

June 22 Wednesday 1pm to 3:30pm

June 23 Thursday 9am until noon

June 24 Friday 1pm to 3:30pm

Students will be required to pick up their cap and gown in person and need to bring some form of ID. They will be required to sign for the gown acknowledging that they know when to be at the event and that they cannot participate in the ceremony unless they have a clean cap and gown with them.

Pickup will be in room 341

Students must be picked up by the designated person on their transportation sheet .
