Welcome to Room 30!

My name is Mrs. Vasvary (it's sounds like raspberry!) and this year I am a grade 2 teacher at Meadows West. I have previously taught grades 1, 2, 3, and 5.

I'm 33 years old, I grew up in Winnipeg and went to school in the Winnipeg School Division. I graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2010 with a Bachelors of Art and Education. 

Some of my favourite hobbies and pastimes are playing outside with my son Leif, going camping, canoeing and snowshoeing. I also love baking and cooking!

I'm looking forward to having a great year and getting to know all of the students and their families!
