Mr. Windsor graduated from Weber State University, holds a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Design and endorsements in Gifted and Talented Instruction and from Utah State an Administrative Supervision Certificate.   He is married and the father of 5 children and has 4 grandchildren.   Mr. Windsor is currently serving as the Instrument Purchase Facilitator for Weber School District and has served as the District Music Facilitator.   Mr. Windsor has also served in several State (UMEA) positions:  former UMEA Band Vice President, former UMEA All State Band Chair.  Mr. Windsor also served as a member of the Utah All State Band Committee, UMEA Marching Band Committee, State Band Committee and was the former Chair of the Utah Winter Drumline Association.  Mr. Windsor enjoys all sports and is currently learning to play golf.  Mr. Windsor is originally from Morenci, Arizona  and is a proud Veteran of the US Air Force where he served as an Explosive Ordnance Technician.   Mr. Windsor has also served as the Assistant Marching Band Director at Weber State University where he was also the "Voice" of the Wildcat Marching Band
