Welcome to Weber School District! We are excited you are interested in attending school in Weber and look forward to meeting you.

New Student Registration

In order to register at Sand Ridge, you must provide the following information:

  Immunization Record

Birth Certificate

Unofficial transcripts and/or withdrawal form from previous school

2 proof of residency within Sand Ridge boundaries (utility bill or mortgage/rental agreement) If you are not the owner of home or leaseholder, a Residency Disclosure must be filled out and notarized to show resident  lives within boundaries with 2 proofs of residency from home owner

504 or IEP special education information (if applicable)
