Scholarship Requirement: Have a 3.5 cumulative GPA or better.

Citizenship Requirement: Have all H or S grades. No N or U grades are allowed. Be a part of one other youth organization. This could be a school affiliated or non-school group.

Character Requirement:  Get a letter of recommendation from one of your teachers.

Service and Leadership will be required of all active members.
